Affiliate Program Terms of Use

By participating in the NXTSTATE Affiliate Program, you agree to the following:

1. Promote NXTSTATE products accurately and responsibly.
2. Do not make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or health-related claims about any product.
3. Do not provide dosage instructions, usage guidance, or imply human consumption of products.
4. Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when required by law.
5. Do not run paid advertisements using the NXTSTATE brand name, trademarks, or product names without written approval.
6. Do not engage in spam, misleading, or deceptive marketing practices.
7. Commissions are paid monthly for approved, non-refunded sales. NXTSTATE reserves the right to withhold commissions in cases of policy violations, fraud, or abuse.
8. NXTSTATE reserves the right to remove any affiliate at its sole discretion at any time.
