Refund Policy

NXTSTATE Research

Due to the nature of our products, all sales made through nxtstate.co are considered final. By placing an order with NXTSTATE, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our materials are classified strictly as research-use chemicals, NXTSTATE does not accept:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Order cancellations after processing has begun

Once an order is submitted, it enters our fulfillment workflow and cannot be reversed.

This policy exists to maintain product integrity, safety, and compliance with research-only handling standards.

2. Order Cancellation Requests

If you need to cancel an order, email us immediately at support@nxtstate.co.

We cannot guarantee cancellation.
If the order has already begun processing, packaging, or shipment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the packaging

  • Clear photos of the product and damage

We will review the case and, if approved, issue a replacement.

Refunds are not provided for damaged or incorrect products — replacements only.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but is missing:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff

  2. Inspect the property thoroughly

  3. Contact the carrier to open an investigation

NXTSTATE is not responsible for:

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address entered by the customer

  • Carrier errors outside our control

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

5. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from NXTSTATE, you agree that:

  • You have provided a correct and complete shipping address

  • You understand all products are for laboratory research purposes only

  • You accept full responsibility for handling and storing research materials

  • You will not attempt to return products for any reason

6. Research-Only Disclosure

NXTSTATE products are intended strictly for:

  • Laboratory research

  • Scientific investigation

  • In-vitro experimental use

They are not intended for human consumption, medical use, diagnostic procedures, or veterinary applications.

We do not issue refunds for orders denied due to suspected misuse.
