If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@nxtstate.co within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. If approved, we’ll send a replacement — replacements only, not refunds.
Need to cancel? Email us immediately. We can’t guarantee it — once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it can’t be canceled or refunded.
If tracking shows delivered but your package is missing, check with household members, neighbors, and building staff, then contact the carrier to open an investigation. We’re not responsible once a package is marked delivered, and no refunds are issued in these cases.
