Orders placed by 2 PM ET Monday through Saturday ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on Sundays and holidays, ship the next business day.
We ship USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive in 2 to 3 business days, up to 5 for the West Coast. Priority, 1 to 3 business days, is available at checkout for $14.99, and is free on orders over $200. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number, carrier, and expected delivery window so you can follow your package every step to your door.
We can’t deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or jurisdictions that restrict research-chemical delivery. If an address is ineligible, we’ll reach out for an alternative or cancel the order.
Every order is protected by NXTSTATE Shield at no charge. If your package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or arrives damaged, we replace it. Email support@nxtstate.co within 14 days of the delivery scan, or within 14 days of the expected delivery date if it never arrives, with your order number and photos if damaged. We file the carrier claim, not you. One replacement per order. Stolen package claims need a delivered scan from the carrier. Accounts with repeat claims are reviewed before a replacement ships, and orders over $300 are replaced once the carrier claim is filed.
Need to update your shipping address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or fulfillment, it can’t be changed or canceled.
Standard shipping, 2 to 5 business days, is $8.99. Priority, 1 to 3 business days, is $14.99. Orders over $200 ship free by Priority.
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, and the Netherlands, Ireland, France, Spain and Italy. International rates show at checkout. Customs duties and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
