NXTSTATE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of research materials, we do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds once an order has shipped

Exceptions may be made only if:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The incorrect item is received
